1. How to check my "Order" status?

Status of your order can be checked from "MyAccount" or from this link. We ensure prompt communication about your order status via Email / SMS under the following scenarios:

When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered or when your order shipment gets delayed.

2. What would be the duration of delivery, since its dispatch?

Usually takes 4-6 days to  deliver the item since its dispatch. Changes may occur depending on the merchant's location.

Once the order has been dispatched, we ensure you get notified via Email / SMS with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.

In case the couldnt be fulfill by the merchant, we will swap the order to another merchant. If the order still can't be fulfilled, the same will be subject to cancellation and your refund will be processed. You will receive the refund within 10- 14 working days since the order cancellation date.

3. How much will you charge for shipping the products?

Shipping cost is mentioned in the product page only for those applicable. The amount paid for shipping at will include the taxes and the logistics charges within.

We dont support Cash on Delivery in any part of the country. In  rare circumstances, there may be additional octroi or duty for some products ;  you may have to pay these. After that, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt and we will refund the amount to your Keecha wallet.

4. What if my order shows "Out for delivery" but I havent received the product?

If the order status is marked as “Out for delivery”, and if  it dosent get delivered to you in next 24 hours, kindly check with the logistics company or contact us at We will follow up with the Logistics partner until the item gets delivered.

5. What should I do if, the product is delivered to a wrong address?

In case, you find that the Logistics firm has delivered your package to the wrong address, please do contact us immediately at www.keecha/support. We will get in touch with the logistics partner and update with every step.

6. Why is my order not delivered at the promised date?

There could be some delay depending on your shipping address, merchant's location, logistic partners and unexpected climatic issues. Tracking of the order can be done from the logistic company’s website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered Email/Contact number. In case of no update, please wait for 48 hours. Ifit persists, please contact our support team.

7. Will I receive partial order in any case?

It may happen as your order may be sourced from various merchants and has multiple set of products in different time frame specified, partial order may occur.

8. Why does delivery time for the same product vary from seller to seller?

The number of days could vary depending upon your shipping address and seller’s location.

10. I am unable to track my shipment. What should I do?

After the item is transferred to courier companies, they update the status within 48hrs, and within that your tracking number will appear within that time . Shipment being on the way,  we reccomend you to please, wait for some time. If the tracking number is still not updated, please get in touch with us at

11. Can I change the Shipping Address? Does deliver globally?

You can change the address of the shipment anytime before its being packed or before shipment is made. You can check the status and update in "My Account".

No, currently we deliver only within the domicile of India.

12. What if product wasnt delivered even after multiple tries ?

For those Orders that couldnt be successfully delivered even after multiple tries, the item will return to the place of Origin. Our refund policy gets applicable after the item reaches, the point of Origin. You will receive the refund in 12-14 days.
